Login, streaming, scheduling, playlist and recording problems.
Ask an admin to check account activation, profile link and station assignments. For a password error, check your DJ streaming credentials.
Check the host, DJ port, mount, Icecast mode and account details. Check routing and levels on the test station. Include the broadcaster’s error message when asking for help, but leave out the password.
Reload the schedule. Check the station timezone, look for overlaps and try an available slot. A stale entry or failed upstream check can also block a save. Confirm it saved before treating the slot as booked.
Check that your broadcaster is on the assigned station and the site shows you live. Give Carrier time to update, then reload Live / IRC. Ask an admin to check the station/streamer assignment and Carrier status. A matching display name is not enough.
Check the station, owner, enabled state and UTC window. One unused preparation must match. If none or several match, Carrier captures normal metadata. You can fix the archive later.
Log in to IRC services and link your account on that network. Check that your website assignment matches the live station account.
In prepared mode, start each song with !track or the website control. In metadata mode, send a changed artist/title. Enabling announcements mid-song waits for the next change. Invited channels must also have announcements enabled.
The show may still be live, recording may be disabled, or discovery may not have found a recording for it. Ask an admin to check. You can also add a permitted hosted recording URL to the listing.
Reload and check the result before sending another action. A new Next action advances again. Reload a stale form rather than forcing it to submit.
