Book a slot#
- Find Your assigned schedules in the DJ booth.
- Choose a station.
- Reload its schedule and enter the dates, weekdays and start/end times.
- Save. Overlapping slots are rejected.
Taken slots#
Choose a free slot, or arrange a change with the other DJ and an administrator. If the schedule has changed since you opened it, reload before saving. A rejected save does not book the slot.
Timezones and overnight shows#
Use the station timezone shown in the editor. Check the selected dates and weekdays for a show crossing midnight. Preparations and archive listings use UTC instead.
Change or cancel a slot#
Open your schedule entry to change its times or remove it. DJs can edit their own assigned entries; admins have wider access. Cancelling a slot leaves past broadcasts in the archive.
Prepare the episode#
Once your slot is booked, you can prepare its title and playlist. Preparations and planned archive listings do not book airtime.
