TildeRadio is hosted in Canada. This is a simple contact process for copyright concerns, not a U.S. DMCA designated-agent process.

If you believe material on TildeRadio infringes your copyright, email copyright@tilderadio.org and include:

• the work you believe is yours;
• where the material appears on TildeRadio;
• why you believe the use is not authorized; and
• a way to contact you.

We will review good-faith reports and may remove or disable material while sorting them out. We may ask for more information if we need it to understand or verify the claim.

If material you submitted is removed and you believe the report was mistaken or the use was authorized, contact us at the same address.
